Tickets for postponed events will be honored for all rescheduled dates except in the case of FSCJ Artist Series events (see policies below).

How will I find out the new date for a postponed show?
For postponed events, please continue to check our website at www.jaxevents.com or check your email from which you bought tickets.
What if I have tickets for a postponed FSCJ Artist Series show?
New tickets will be issued for all FSCJ Artist Series events. Old tickets will NOT be accepted. New tickets will be a different color. These events include HAMILTON, REZA-EDGE OF ILLUSION, RIVERDANCE, AN EVENING WITH C.S. LEWIS, and SCOOBY DOO LIVE. If you have further questions about FSCJ Artist Series events at 904-632-5000.

The VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena Box Office is now open Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
