Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat event being held on October 23, 2026, on Legends Global-managed property located in Parking Lot Z, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk
- I understand that participation in the Event involves activities that may include, but are not limited to, walking, standing, interacting with other participants, and consuming food and beverages.
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risks of personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Release of Liability
- I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Legends Global, COJ, and its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Trunk or Treat Event on October 23, 2026.
- Medical Treatment
- I authorize Legends Global staff, volunteers, or medical personnel to provide or seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.
- Photo/Video Release
- I grant Legends Global permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me and/or my child(ren) taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation.
- Parental Consent (if applicable)
- I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor(s) listed in my registration. I consent to their participation in the Event and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf.
