  • Three paved lots are available for events. There are designated areas for trailer parking, spectator and handicapped accessibility. During equestrian events the north side of the arena serves as the area for competitors not utilizing stabling.
  • Daily grounds fee is applicable.
  • No overnight tie-outs permitted.
  • During ticketed events, $7.00 per vehicle will be charged.
  • Unauthorized retail, commercial, marketing and promotional activities are strictly prohibited inside parking lots and tailgating areas without prior written approval (and proof of certification) from the City of Jacksonville. All violators will be escorted off the premises by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. These regulations are applicable in parking lots owned and/or leased by the City of Jacksonville and managed by SMG.
