• Facility currently has 422 permanent stalls
• Current Coggins required for all horses on the premises. Show management is responsible for collecting Coggins for each horse. Checks will be made by facility staff randomly. No Coggins will result in a $1,000 fine for show and also removal from the grounds.

• Three paved lots are available for events. There are designated areas for trailer parking, spectator and handicapped accessibility. During equestrian events the north side of the arena serves as the area for competitiors not utilizing stabling.
• Daily grounds fee is applicable.
• No overnight tie outs permitted.
• During ticketed events a $5.00 parking fee per car will be charged.

• RV parking are available thru reservations at (904) 573-4895. Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• 30 amp and 50 amp available  (67 total sites available).
• Rental Rate:
• 30 amp space- $30.00 per night (water/sewer & electric hook-up)   
• 50 amp space - $30.00 per night (water/sewer & electric hook-up)

Day Use:

The facility is available for use during the week subject to the schedule. To find out if the arena is available, please call (904) 573-3150. Horses must show a current coggins. Rate $15/horse. Groups of 10 or more may schedule evening use based on event schedule.

Educational Events:

Duval County Equestrian Groups are able to apply for use of outdoor arenas for non-profit and/or educational events at no charge. Educational events are scheduled based on the facility event schedule with a 60 day pre-reservation period. Each group is able to apply for one use per year and is responsible to provide insurance. • No pets in the main arena, strictly enforced (other than service dogs). Outside all pets must be leashed. This includes vendors! Please clean up after your pet.
• Park only in designated areas. All others will be towed.
• No smoking. Please use containers for your butts. If you chew tobacco, please respect our cleaning staff and use trash cans.
• No food may be brought into the main arena.
• All children must be supervised.
• Anyone operating a motorized vehicle must have a valid drivers license.
• No fires onsite.
• No overnight tie outs.
• Please clean up your trash.
• Each parking space may have 1 RV or trailer and 1 vehicle.
• Fireworks & Firearms prohibited.  

Nighttime Security on site. Guests who fail to abide by facility policies, state, and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Any guest who is violating policy will be asked to correct their behavior and, if they fail to do so in a timely fashion, will be ejected. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate arena property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.
